Privacy policy.
Last updated: 20 May 2026
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit clefsor.com or get in touch with us. We process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only what we need.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller for this website is [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME], [COMPANY_ADDRESS]. For any privacy question or request, you can reach us at hello@clefsor.com.
2. The data we process
This is a small informational website. We do not run a contact form, a user account system, or advertising. We process personal data in three situations:
- When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever you choose to write to us.
- When you book a consultation, you are taken to our scheduling provider, Calendly. Any details you enter there, such as your name, email address, and preferred time, are processed so we can confirm and hold the call.
- When you load any page, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. This is standard server log data used to deliver and secure the website.
3. Why we process it
We process personal data to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation, to operate and secure the website, and to meet our legal obligations. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, our legitimate interest in running a safe and functioning website, your consent where you have given it, and legal obligations where they apply. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. You can read the detail in our cookie policy.
5. Service providers and transfers abroad
We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Calendly provides the consultation scheduling. These providers may process data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where data is transferred abroad, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission and Swiss standard contractual clauses, or transfers to countries with adequate protection. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
6. How long we keep data
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our working relationship, and after that only as long as the law requires. Server log data is kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. Booking data is retained by Calendly under its own retention practices.
7. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@clefsor.com. We will respond within the time the law allows.
8. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Complaints
If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, please contact us at hello@clefsor.com before lodging a complaint. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), and in the European Economic Area, your local data protection authority.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
11. Contact
